Greasy hair can be a bit of a faff! That’s why we carefully chose Olive Oil and Charcoal as our primary ingredients, to help cleanse the scalp while hydrating the hair.
The Olive Oil will help soften your hair while the Charcoal present in the formula helps cleanse impurities, draws the sebum and clarifies oil buildup. This leaves the skin on the scalp free and lets your hair breathe at the root, thus promoting hair growth.
Handmade in Portugal in small batches, mostly using local raw materials. Organic Olive Oil is a key component of our shampoo bars sourced from local artisan producers, as well as some of the Essential Oils we use.

Cleaning without harsh chemicals will cause your scalp to rebalance its oil production. Many say the transition period lasts around 2-4 weeks.
Try not to use shampoo every day, as washing too frequently can strip the hair, leaving it brittle and prone to breakage. Aim to wash every other day at the most, or wait a few days between shampoos if you're able.
When caring for an oily or greasy scalp you’re trying to contain excess sebum production. Avoid shampoo bars for curly hair and look for those focused on strengthening your hair. But don’t go overboard: clarifying shampoos can leave you with dry skin, which will produce more sebum.
When having a shower, take your time working the shampoo into your scalp to break up the oil. After applying the conditioner, it’s important that you rinse your hair well.
This Oily Hair Shampoo Bar extracts impurities from your scalp whilst cleaning the pores on your skin. The Charcoal present in the formula will gently exfoliate the scalp, removing excess sebum while the Olive Oil will deeply softener your hair. To be honest, these two are the perfect duo :)
